If you have been sent the wrong order by mistake, please let us know and we can arrange replace the item.

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please arrange to return and we can replace once the additional postage has been covered.

If the item has been returned because it was unable to be delivered, we can send again but there will be additional shipping charges.
